YAY I’M NOT REPORTING ABOUT AN R18 DRAMA CD THIS TIME… although it’s still pretty questionable sounding orz

Ame to Muchi (Candy and Whip) is bisCROWN’s third situation drama series and like its english subtitle of “Carrot and Stick” suggest, the concept of the drama CD is based on that idiom and apparently the heroine’s boyfriend will be using that method to motivate her. 

Said boyfriend, Onda Soushi (CV: Nojima Kenji) is a 26 year old that recently transferred to work as a lecturer in a cram school that teaches Conversational English. Although he’s soft spoken and has a prince-like appearance, the truth is he’s a do-S with a sharp tongue. He’s the type who would tease someone he likes with a smile while in contrast, he takes on a blunt attitude towards someone he dislikes.

The tracks will be separated into the Ame track where Soushi treats ‘you’ gently and the Muchi track where he shows a strict attitude. bisCROWN encourages you to enjoy both sides - the Ame track when you want to be spoiled and the Muchi track when you need a harsh pep talk, whichever you feel like listening to depending on the occasion.

The CD is scheduled for release on 07/26/2013, the price is set for 1575 yen and the artist for the cover will be Wada Beco (who’s also drawing for Inwaku no Hakoniwa)

OMG. I don’t think I’ve fangirled/squealed this much at 1am in the morning. The cast of the drama CD is revealed to be Kakihara Tetsuya! Release date is 3 July 2013.

Credits go to エリ for translating the title since I can’t read Kanji for my life so I dug up her post instead! I remember how I read it and thought of how it reminded me of Yotogibanashi (don’t ask why xD) and thought about how cool it’d be if Kakki voiced it too lol.

And just when I thought Anata wo Misshitsu de Torishirabe CD4 is going to be the death of me. I swear I’ll buy this as soon as I can! Who’s ready to fangirl with me? xD *cough*especiallytalkingtoyoufugacissomnii~*cough*

Neither a summary nor cover sample is up atm but I couldn’t NOT talk about this! Operetta will be releasing their third “otome game you experience through your ears,” an imperial court fantasy titled Inwaku no Hakoniwa (淫惑の箱庭; The Miniature Garden of Lustful Delusions). It’ll be released on June 6th at 3,000 yen (tax included) as a three disc situation cd. The scenario is written by Matsutake Ume and the original designs are drawn by Wada Peco, the same team as Operetta’s previous release Sono Ai wa Yamai ni Itaru. Additionally, Sonya Bunko will publish the novel version simultaneously (but it’ll only have Leon’s end).

And although we don’t have any idea of how the plot will go, the cast is out! Leon will be voiced by Takeuchi Ryota (DMMd’s Ren) and Luciano by Suzuki Chihiro (Koezaru wa Akai Hana’s Noel). Yup, 18+ pseudonyms are used.

And here’s the new drama cd series brought to you by the people who made Yan Ero, this time they’ve brought in Kimura Ryouhei to apparently seduce the listeners in bed. Yes. That’s the title even, and like their previous CD it’s going to be dummy mic. I’m not sure if it’s going to be R18 like Yan Ero was considering he’s using his real name here, though, but I bet that it’ll probably be borderline like PeroPero Danshi rofl.

The official site for Frontier Works’ new drama CD series ‘Inma’ (meaning incubus (́一◞౪◟一‵) ) is up! The first CD will feature two incubi who will be voiced by the same person but have contrasting personalities - namely, do-S and sweet/gentle type. The CD will be recorded with the dummy head mic. No news on which seiyuu will be killing us yet, but the second CD in the series will feature a ‘maniac’ + a ‘naive’ incubus.

HOBiGIRLS published the page for their original “over-interpretation” drama cd, Kutsuya Glicine ~Tsumasaki no Yuuwaku~, presenting a collaboration between popular scenario writer Matsutake Ume (Koezaru wa Akai Hana, Sono Ai wa Yamai ni Itaru) and illustrator Akutsu Yoshiya (Tsubasa no Oka no Hime). It will be recorded using dummy head mic and may be somewhat sexy, with Maeno Tomoaki voicing Fujisaki Akira. This is a HOBiGIRLS-only product and will be released on June 7th at 1,575 yen (tax included).

Story: The heroine had her heart broken three months ago. As she was on her way home feeling depressed, it suddenly begins to rain. While hurriedly heading back, the shoe shop laced with antique charm —which she’s always been curious of— catches her attention. There was talk that a young man returning from Italy apparently manages it. In an attempt to slightly lift her spirits from her broken heart, the heroine casually opens the door to the shop.

Putting two series together again but skdjfksg Arc System Works making a situational drama cd series and having Kirishima Sou draw the design I’M SOLD (or well at least for now.) As for Taishou Kyuuketsu Ibun I’m still apprehensive since I was ambivalent towards the mobage it’s based on but this series is recorded with the dummy head mic and according to wakkannaiyo they’re using Ono Yuuki to voice another ore-sama character and I’ve been on a kick for his characters in drama cds lately so hey bring it on B)))
